After almost 2 days of travel, we have finally arrived at the church in Rio do Sul! Praising God! All team members and luggage arrived unharmed!
As I'm sitting here writing this: Ricky is determining who will stay where, the girls are socializing with some of the host families and the boys have started a game of soccer. We're all anxious to start ministry tomorrow but not before getting some rest.
Please continue to pray for energy for the team and for all the ministries starting tomorrow!
Unfortunately, the laptop battery isn't going to last much longer. Sorry for the short update.
Sending love home,
Hannah W.

Thanking God that the Team made it to Brazil as well as all the luggage and supplies. Each one of you are being lifted up in prayer every day pretty much every few minutes from me. God is going to do AMAZING things in the lives of the people God brings before you as well as in your own lives.

I'll continue to pray for y'all, especially for energy! I'm so glad all the traveling went safely!
ReplyDeleteI read this today, and thought of you guys:
"Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony about our Lord...but share in suffering for the gospel by the power of God, who saved us and called us to a holy calling, not because of our works but because of his own purpose and grace, which he gave us in Christ Jesus before the ages began, and which now has been manifested through the appearing of our Savior Christ Jesus, who abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel." - 2 Timothy 1:8-10
In prayer,
Preston
